Mammoth has sourced some superb Canadian Whisky that has been matured in a variety of exciting casks, from bourbon to port. This single barrel pick was aged in a Weller barrel, which is a bourbon whiskey known for having the same mashbill as the revered Pappy Van Winkle lineup from Buffalo Trace.
