Corbin Cash is a true and rare farm-to-bottle distillery, presenting all the beauty of California’s San Joaquin Valley in their spirits: all the grain for their whiskey is grown either on their farm or the one across the street! Their bourbon is a throwback to a time gone by, when distilleries put the quality of their product above margins and profits. Their spirit enters the barrel at a low 110 proof, ensuring a fantastically complex and rich whiskey, with a nose of citrus, marzipan, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, chocolate milk, oak, and a hint of green apple.
