Refund Policy

CANCELLING A SUBSCRIPTION DOES NOT CANCEL AN ORDER

Subscription renewals are every 3 months or every year. There is a notification sent to your email 3 days before the renewal. If someone cancels a subscription, this does not mean that the order for that quarter or year has been canceled. You must email support@blindbarrels.com to have the order refunded/cancelled.

Because subscription renewals are prepayments for a future box, canceling a subscription after this order has been generated will only cancel all future orders beyond that order.

The following applies to subscription boxes:

We will refund the order if the request is made within 3 days of the order.

Quarterly subscription or tasting box orders are processed between the 15th and 22nd of the months of March, June, September, and December. If a box is not received within a month of the above dates, contact support@blindbarrels.com.

The following applies to full bottle purchases:

If your goods are not received within two months from when the order was placed, we will refund your payment in full. This does not apply to pre-orders and unique releases.

You can cancel an order for a full refund within three days of purchase, if still in our possession.

Non-refundable purchases: personalized items (e.g., engraved), all presales, special releases, and items of seasonal relevance unless stated otherwise.
