The Ivy Mountain Legacy

Carlos Lovell began distilling at 16 and co-founded Ivy Mountain at age 84 with his brother Fred and daughter Carlene. Their sour mash whiskeys used spring water from the Georgia mountains, once sold as Blue Ridge Mountain Spring Water. Aged in Jack Daniel’s barrels, the whiskey was rich, smooth, and rooted in family tradition.

Carlos passed away in 2020 before tasting this amazing barrel. In his honor, we partnered with Regent Coffee Roasters to select a roast worthy of his legacy. This coffee will never be repeated — a final toast to a life well-lived.
