This single-barrel wheated whiskey spent at least 8 years aging before being bottled at a hefty 118.3 proof (59.15% ABV). Wheat brings a softer, sweeter side to the whiskey, while that cask-strength proof gives it plenty of richness and punch. Expect a full-bodied pour with caramel and oak sweetness followed by a nice peppery warmth on the finish.
